Processing Times

All custom and ready-made license plates, bookmarks, and signs are processed within 1–3 business days.
Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons or high-order periods, but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier volume and destination.

Packaging

License plates are shipped in protective mailers or sturdy boxes to prevent bending.
Bookmarks are shipped in flat protective sleeves and a padded envelope.
Signs are packaged with padding to reduce damage during transit.

We pack everything securely so it arrives ready to show off.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned due to an address error, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order leaves our hands and enters the postal system, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related damage.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all packaging materials and items as they may be required for the claim process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many of our items are made to order, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be in production.
