What is the return policy?
At the top of our list of goals with White Oak Press, is making sure every customer is 100% happy with their order. If for any reason at all you're not thrilled with your order, reach out via the contact form and we'll be in touch ASAP to make it right.
When will I get my order?
From the time you click that "Submit order" button, to when it reaches your door step, is on average 4 business days. Of course this depends on where in the country you reside since we are based in PA. Orders heading to the west coast have taken 5 to 7 business days on occasion. Any orders made before 2pm EST will be shipped out same day.
Where are your products made?
We design and make ALL of our own items here in Pennsylvania. Everything is made to order by hand. There's no drop shipping to be found here and we plan on keeping it that way.
Do you offer custom design items?
Yes! We love working with people to make their ideas a reality! We're currently working on integrating a "Design Your Own" section where you can upload and edit a design with a real-time mock up so you can see how your design would look before you order! While we're working on that you can reach out via the Contact Us page for any requests!
Do you offer bulk orders or custom items?
Absolutely! For info on larger orders and prices, reach out to us through the Contact Us page and we'll be be in touch ASAP!
